How It Works

  1. Book a single annual inspection. No subscription needed.
  2. We complete a visual inspection of every item on your plan’s checklist.
  3. You get a written report with photos. Every finding is rated Good, Monitor, Maintenance Due (90 days), Priority (30 days), or Urgent Safety (7 days).
  4. Optional: spread next year’s visit over monthly payments. Never added automatically.

Why AIM Matters

  • Find failed caulk, early roof wear, and slow leaks before they turn into larger claims.
  • Dated, photo-documented reports, compared year over year, show your insurance company you maintain your home.
  • AIM+ includes a 4-point report you can use to shop your insurance.
  • Your inspector never performs repairs on homes he inspects, so there is no upsell.

Ratings

Good, Monitor, Maintenance Due (90 days), Priority (30 days), Urgent Safety (7 days). Each finding also explains what can happen if it is ignored. Items are checked visually where readily accessible on the day of the visit; any item that cannot be reached is noted in your report.

Plan Terms

Visual snapshot, not a guarantee. Each visit is a limited visual inspection of readily accessible areas on the day of the visit. It is not a full home inspection, a code inspection, or a warranty. Roofs are inspected by walking or by camera pole.

Not included. Pest or wood-destroying organism inspection, mold testing, pools and pool equipment, septic systems, wells, and outbuildings.

Billing. An annual visit is a one-time fee with no subscription. Monthly membership is optional and starts only if you choose it. Your next annual visit is owed once 12 monthly payments have been made.

Failed payments (membership). Visits are paused until any failed payments are caught up.

Cancel or move (membership). If you cancel or move during a term, fees already collected are non-refundable.

4-point (AIM+). One 4-point inspection is included with each AIM+ annual visit. Whether an insurer accepts it, and what they require, is the insurer’s decision. This plan does not guarantee any insurance coverage, discount, or claim outcome.
