Initial Consultation

When you first contact us, we will ask you for your name, address and contact information in order to properly research the property.

Setting Appointment

We will inform you of our current appointment openings and you pick the date and time that works best for you.

Planning

Before the agreed upon appointment, please make sure to clear access to your attic, electric panel, A/C systems, bathrooms and kitchen sink.

Day Of Appointment

Your inspector will meet you at the property to begin the inspection(s). The inspector will begin on the exterior of the property and work their way to the interior.

Finishing Touches

Upon completion of the onsite inspection(s), the inspector will leave the property and begin working on the physical report(s) necessary for you to provide your insurance agent.

Report Delivery

Once the report(s) have been completed after the physical inspection, they will be delivered via email to the client and a copy will be sent to your insurance agent if instructed to do so.
